We are delighted to announce that we will be resuming our deliveries in all three zones (red, oranges and green). As per the Central Government’s directive, we will not be making any pick-ups or deliveries in containment zones until change of status. Please note that only a limited number of courier partners will be operational during this time and you may experience some delays with your order.
How do we ensure safe deliveries?
Even when delivering orders in the orange and green zones, delivery executives have to follow a strict protocol for hygiene and safety. They must make use of masks, gloves, sanitizers, etc when delivering products. Also, social distancing needs to be followed wherever required. Please feel free to reach out to us if these measures are not respected during delivery.
For returns and exchanges – please note that returns and exchanges will remain temporarily unavailable until our courier partners resume their activities. Please be ensured that the 21 days of lockdown will not be taken into account in your 15-days return window as per the policy stated on our FAQ page.
