How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from PA.NI with an invoice and order number. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. If you do not receive any confirmation within 1-2 days, please e-mail us [email protected]
When will my order arrive?
We will try our best to ship your package within a day of the order being placed. It generally takes 5-7 working days for the order to be delivered to your doorstep. You may use the tracking number shared with you by e-mail to check the status of the delivery. Please note that only a limited number of courier partners will be operational due to lockdown and you may experience some delays with your order. For more information, please click here.
What if my order is late?
If your order is late, please e-mail us at [email protected] with "Late order: [your order number]" as the subject line. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship outside of India?
We currently do not ship outside of India. But sign up to our newsletter and stay posted about our pop up stores - we may stop by a city near you!
How do I request a return?
Shopping for swimsuits online is hard, and we get that. Please note that all last chance sales (sales occurring from November 23rd to December 1st) are final and are not refundable. Since this is our end of collection sale, we cannot guarantee any product availability in advance, nor can we offer store credit. Please see our taking a break page for more information on our policies and how we will manage customer service requests after we put our store on hold.
Simply e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number as a subject line. We will email you a return label with our return instructions. You may choose to exchange the product for another one of the same value.
Please note that our team is doing its best to dispatch orders - including exchanges - as quickly as possible. However, due to the impact of COVID on deliveries, it may take up to 7-10 business days for you to receive your order/exchange.
Conditions for exchanges/returns
Important: Please note that all sales between October 1st 2020 and November 1st 2020 are not refundable. During this time period, the following policy applies to exchange of products only.
Please note that exchanges or requests of refunds are only accepted within 10 days of you receiving the product. If you get your order on the 1st, you have until the 11th to request a return/exchange.
Hygiene is really important to us - especially in those uncertain times! We make sure that every returned piece received is sanitary and in excellent condition. When sending your product back to us, please make sure that the swimsuits are returned in good condition with all tags and original hygienic stickers. We will not accept clothes that have been worn, washed or damaged and reserve the right to decline a return request.
We will refund you the money using the same mode of payment used for the purchase, within a period of 10-15 days from the request date.
Do you have a shop that I can visit?
We currently do not have a shop, but subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page in order to get alerts about our pop-ups stores and trunk shows.
